I work with Patrick Neptune & his team who are some of the best brokers I have ever had the chance to work with. They are so understanding of situations and are so quick to help me with any problems if we ever do come across them. They have great communication skills but aren't annoying and asking for updates every second. Would definitely recommend carriers and customers working with this company.

After working with several other companies, and receiving many offers, I finally found a company that cares about the people who drive the company, and that of course is its drivers. US Expediters staff are friendly and supportive, their dispatchers (Bobby, Mitch, Steve) work hard to get you the best pay for any run you accept, and Dani will answer any questions you have (they never say that they can't find a run to where you want to go, and never stop working for you). I personally make from a low of $2.50 to over $6.00 per mile (averaging about $4+ per mile (hub miles not postal miles) that beats the competition of nearly every company out there. This company puts its driver behind the wheel first and not a CEO behind a desk.

I have not really worked with them on my own. But I worked as team with a friend for about a week. I think they are awesome. I had had some issues with the guy I drove with, but Dani was around to lay everything to rest. I am thinking of buying a truck soon and I don’t mind given them a shot.
