I have been with Four Ways Cargo for nearly a year now. As a driver who has been with a few different transportation companies, Four Ways Cargo is by far the best group I have had the opportunity to work with. They show over the top professionalism, respect and devotion to each and every one of their drivers. There are always new opportunities to make bonuses and constant support for their drivers on the road or at home. They are consistent with keeping up with the new technology that we see appearing in our industry every day. By far, this company has the best office support and dispatch team that I have ever seen within a company, everything from the safety division to accounting. I switched from company driver to a lease operator at the beginning of this year and could not be happier. Everyone’s experience is different. It depends on you as the driver. Four ways will give you the opportunity to turn down loads. Our job is to drive and theirs is getting us the load. I see the bad reviews and that’s their opinion. I only left due to family reasons. But would I go back? That’s a solid yes! They didn’t annoy me, they always asked how I was doing and how’s the truck etc. this is a company I would say, actually is pretty cool! Every time I walked in the office it was all positive and everyone stopped what they were doing and spoke. Currently i definitely would go back if they have any of the year of truck I would like. (2019-2020) but other than that, they have definitely got a friend in me.

Highly recommended! I’ve been there almost 3 years..they are family oriented and not pushy like most companies trust me I’m a million mile driver and have been flatbed for almost 11 years I know the difference!

The dispatching is unbelievable, They really honor your request and keep you rolling. Shot out to my Man Alex and Dora. This Guy is amazing, He will pull a rabbit out of the Hat. Very Considerate and understanding. The whole staff and company are very understanding and reasonable people. I have never worked for such amazing people who will pay you good and and keep you rolling.
