Open Positions: Carrier Sales Representative  Experience: Prior background as a Carrier Sales Rep, Dispatcher, or in a similar logistics role  Key Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities  Mindset: Goal-oriented, motivated, and driven to grow  Schedule: 5 days a week, 2nd shift (working days determined by your team)  Location: Novi Sad preferred (Belgrade office or remote work is open for experienced candidates) After Tracking Specialist  Experience: Previous background in the US logistics industry is required  Key Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and clear communication with drivers and customers  Schedule: 5 nights a week (Monday–Sunday) on a monthly rotation, with shifts from 10/11 PM to 6/7 AM  Location: On-site position at our office in Novi Sad  Qualities: Highly organized, reliable, and proactive TMS Operator (Entry-Level)  Experience none required-full training is provided, making this a perfect gateway into the US logistics industry  Responsibilities: monitoring emails, entering and verifying data, sending documentation to carriers, and providing administrative support for shipment coordination  Requirements: Fluent English, strong multitasking, solid computer literacy, and a willingness to learn  Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2nd shift.  Location: On-site position at our office in Novi Sad.
